Milk-Powder Flat-Bottom Zipper Bag: Brief Capacity, Reclosure and Filling

Specify the powder, filled capacity, scoop and reclosure experience alongside the line and display requirements.

Kaida Group lists a flat-bottom zipper bag for milk powder. The format combines a retail display surface with repeated opening. To make a useful specification, describe the filled powder, the customer's measuring routine and the filling line in one brief.

Start with powder and capacity

State the target net weight, bulk density range and whether the powder settles during handling. Measure the intended filled height, width and depth with a trial quantity of real product. A weight value by itself does not define the volume the bag must hold.

If a scoop is included, give its size, where it will be packed and how the customer is expected to retrieve it. If the bag will be sold as a refill for another container, describe that pouring action instead. The opening dimensions should follow the way the product is used.

Review first opening and reclosure

Mark the first-open line, the zipper location and the space needed to grip both sides. Fill a mock-up and test whether powder collects in the closure during normal scooping or pouring. Plan the top seal and artwork so that the customer can find the opening without obscuring key information.

Describe expected use after opening: countertop storage, transfer to a tin or another route. That detail helps the team decide what the pack must do after the initial sale.

Match the display to the line

Record the filling method, how the mouth is held open, and how the final seal is made. Give the acceptable shelf height and front-facing width, plus carton dimensions. Review the filled bottom shape and stability on the actual display surface.

Place the brand, product name, net weight, preparation directions, ingredients and market-required information on a scaled layout. Check the side panels and any folds on a filled sample before print approval.

Send the first project pack

Provide the powder sample, target weight, scoop or pouring plan, line details, filled-size goal, display limits and draft artwork. A physical sample and line trial will make the proposed design easier for both marketing and operations to assess. Share those details with Kaida Group.
