A carrying feature on a heavy-product bag is useful only when it works with the weight, shape and handling route of the filled pack. Kaida presents rice and heavy-product packaging as an application area. Buyers can move beyond a handle illustration by evaluating how the bag is lifted from a shelf, transferred into a cart and carried home.

## Define the inputs

Start with the intended fill and the likely grip. Note whether the consumer will lift the pack from the top, side or a crowded retail case. Give the supplier filled dimensions, not only nominal pouch dimensions, because a bulging bag can move the handle away from a comfortable position. Include the proposed seal margins and printed information that must stay clear of the grip area.

## Test the proposed pack

Make a filled handling sample and ask several people to lift, turn and set it down. Watch for concentrated stress near the grip, twisting at the seams and a label that becomes hidden by the hand. Check the same pack after carton transport and shelf stacking. A short handling sequence is more revealing than a static photograph of an empty bag.

## Resolve the design question

Record where the grip is cut or attached relative to the sealed edge and how that location is inspected in production. If the design changes, compare the new sample under the same load and movements. A stronger-looking material alone does not establish a better consumer experience; the geometry and filled balance matter just as much.

## Release the decision

Approve the carrying feature with a physical filled reference and a written handling test. Purchasing, design and the packer should agree on the pouch version and acceptable appearance after the trial. This gives the supplier a practical target and keeps a later artwork change from crowding the grip or required text.
