## Give each text element an identity

A translation file can be correct while the printed pouch still carries the wrong language in one panel. For a multilingual Kaida artwork project, create a map connecting source text, approved translation and its intended location. This lets reviewers check the actual design without searching through several documents for a sentence that looks familiar.

## Build the text map before layout

Assign a stable identifier to each heading, instruction and other text field. Record the source version, language, approved wording and content owner. Mark repeated fields that must remain identical and exceptions that belong to a specific market or SKU. Have the appropriate reviewer approve the wording for its intended use; the packaging printer should receive controlled copy rather than choose between competing translations.

## Review text in the physical layout

Check the full-size proof against the map field by field. Look for omitted lines, incorrect characters, unexpected line breaks and text placed too close to folds or opening features. Ask the language reviewer to inspect the final layout, because a clean spreadsheet does not show how the text appears on the pack. Record the artwork revision used for that review and resolve changes in the same controlled record.

## Carry revisions through every language

When the source text changes, identify which translations and design panels need renewed review. Do not assume that replacing the English sentence updates the other languages automatically. A later correction can then target the affected fields and markets without reopening unrelated wording or losing the history of the approved translation.
